webcam central reinstall

Click on 'Download' below 'Drivers for OS Deployment - Application' option. Please follow the on-screen instructions to download and install the software.

ok now what it unzipped some files

i accidently downloaded the first one under displays application is that a problem?

i am now downloading the drivers for os application

i downloaded the os application there were no instuctions

Thank you for you response. I hope that you have downloaded the second file successfully.
Here's are the steps to install the file: 

• Double click on the file; choose ‘Continue’
• Click 'OK' on ‘Select the folder’ where you want to unzip the files (make a note of the folder location)
• Click ‘Yes’
• Click ‘Ok’, follow the on screen instructions and install the file
• Restart the computer

In case you do not get prompts on the screen for instructions, then

• Browse to the folder C:\Dell\Drivers\N2X8D\ where the files were unzipped and locate the setup file
• Double click on the file; follow the onscreen instructions to complete the installation

Did you recently install/reinstall the operating system? How to Download and Install Drivers in the Correct Order

Go to Drivers & Downloads enter your service tag, then selct your operating system. Under Inpu, you'll find the webcam drivers.
