Webcam only capturing weird green image
So I have an Inspiron 5547. It has a 3d webcam, and for some apparent reason, it only captures images in this weird way, no matter whether it's for fastaccess or during a google hangout.
Somehow, in the Camera app on the start screen, it clicks normal pictures.
Here's what it looks like otherwise. Any help? I wanted to try reinstalling the drivers but they're an absolute torture to locate.

The Dell Inspiron 5547 system comes with an integrated camera which supports a resolution of 0.92 megapixel for still images and 1280 × 720 (HD) at 30 FPS for video and has a 74 degree diagonal viewing angle. The camera contains an Integrated Digital-Array Microphone built into it.
The camera seems to be working fine as it’s taking correct pictures from Camera app. However, you may consider updating BIOS on the system. Please enter your service tag # on the link below, then download the BIOS required onto the system and install it.
