Webcam problem on XPS

I just purchased XPS-1530 on VISTA. My webcam has stopped  working. Blank screen comes when I select the webcam Center.
 
I checked Device manager - Camera Ok, uninstalled / reinstalled webcam manager, but still my web cam doesn't work. Can anyone help me....

I'd call XPS tech support ASAP. They are the BEST, wait times are minimal if at all, and they will fix it. XPS tech support helped me twice and I couldn't be more impressed.
