Why not AMD
Really why not atleast have a line of AMD PCs. While I do prefer my own builds, on ocassion a pre-built pc would be nice. Also I am invested in AMD and so therefore will not invest in intel products or companies that soley support intel. Also, it would bring more business to dell by giving more variety and bringing the REAL performance group to DELL. So it just makes more since to start building PCs with AMD. It would also put more competition into the processor market.

Listen here the freak , we will have no common sense or more variable of choice leading to customer satisfaction when ordering a product , therefore the fanmily of Dell will sell you a PC the old fashioned way , you will buy what Dell wants you to buy ,and you will gladly pay for it , if you dont like it take youre money to HP , Compaq , Samsung (19" screen laptop), Alienware , Sager , that will give you a choice , we will have none of this free thinking in the house of Dell.

I think I will continue to keep my money in companies with variety and common sense (a rare trait of Americans). So when Dell decides that they want to make high performance computers that don't become area heaters (hint hint PRESCOTT(CPU Name) ARIZONA) please tell me.
ps. Hopefully AMD will when their case against Intel!
