Windows 10 error code: 0xc0000034

my Dell Inspiron laptop unable to boot up after i force shut down it.

Then the error 0xc0000034 appeared saying that the /bcd file is missing for boot up process.

Is there any solution to solve this issue?

I have tried the bootrec /rebuildbcd command but it does not seems working.

Im appreciate  if anyone could help me with this issue.
