Windows 7 - Intel 965/963 Graphics Media Accelerator software

I'm using windows 7 on my dell inspiron 1420 laptop. i can't find the Intel 965/963 Graphics Media Accelerator software and i'm using Intel GMA X3100...does anyone know if that software is available for windows 7 as the one i have on cd and the one in "dell drivers and downloads" cannot be installed on windows 7.
