The issue seems to be with the graphics card which is embedded on system’s motherboard. So the motherboard is needed to be replaced. Please provide me the Service Tag and the name as it appears on the account via private message (click my username and then click Start Conversation) so I may access your records and check for further course of action.

This isn't a BIOS issue - you need to have the mainboard replaced.
If you're under warranty, call Dell for a warranty repair.
If you're out of warranty, you can have the system repaired at the shop of your choice.
