Hello, I have a VOSTRO 1014 laptop and today I factory reset my laptop because it would not load up the sign in screen and beyond that. It worked fine until the reboot happened, every time I turn on my laptop the screen goes to "Windows is loading files..." Then turns to a black screens and stays like that and makes some noises.  Any help how to fix this please thanks

Press F12 at powerup and boot to the Dell diagnostics. Run an extended test of the hard drive.
