The D600 lacks a WWAN slot to install a GSM cell card into so you would need to purchase a pcmcia or pc card broadband GSM modem. Any computer hardware vendor would carry something like that. Your favorite cell provider would also likely carry something that will work.

I assumed cellular connection but you might also mean just standard WiFi in which case the D600 does have a panel on the bottom marked "C" which is were a card of this type would go. I'm not aware of any places in your area that might sell a card but I'm sure www.Dell.de  does have something for you, however I can't speak German. You would be looking for something called Mini-PCI, that is the type of slot in the bottom, it is an industry standard so any place you buy one should work.

dear jkibble (Bronze),
Thank you for your kind assistance and prompt reply.
O2 is a cellular mobile company most popular in germany.I will certainly go to their outlet, downtown.
However i had one other question.I am a student and usually check my mail and download some lecture notes etc.For that purpose I need a wireless internet connection.Could you just briefly, tell me the difference between standard WiFi and Cellular connection?. Now under the circumstances which do you thing is a better and cheaper option of the two?
