WUR HELP
Hi
Sir I have so many problem with Dell Unit So many time I call in Dell but Dell will Not solve my issue
My present case owner Mr. Sridhar <ADMIN NOTE: Dell employee name removed per TOU policy>
Do not want to solve it . He know I am student I am not able to do this So He told me Mr. Ashutosh take legal action
friend tell me what can I do ?

Yes I know it. Dell Escalations team do not want to resolve it but they always say
We regret the issues you are facing with the existing XPS L702x and since the same have not been resolved to your satisfaction, Dell has offered to the refund the cost of the laptop and the 4 year warranty extension for which you were charged INR 16000/-.
I do not know what they resolve they work on my case since last 6months(approx) but they always say issue we are not able to resolved your issue at your satisfaction.
They are know every thing so my case owner say Mr. Ashutosh take a legal action.
strange but true I have all the proof
