XPS M1730 Won't Boot - Need help with numlock code

Bought a used M1730 about 2 weeks ago. Worked perfect till today. Now it won't boot. I press the power button, the power led lights, the hdd led lights, then hdd led goes out and nothing else happens. I can hear the DVD-rom spool up and if I push the power button again to turn it off the hdds click to a stop. I get nothing on the screen and none of teh decorative leds light up.

I did the FN+Power and I get a flashing num lock, flashing cap lock, and steady scroll lock. I have tried to find what this code means with no luck. Anyone know what this code is?
