XPS12 wireless

i have had the same issues as most, originally worked a treat in the office, and then I travelled overseas and it was hopeless unless perfect 5 bar reception. Because i was in US and bought in Australia, i could not get any help from Dell there.

When back home, spent hours with dell and many checks and reloads, and thought it was fixed. Dell even sent a guy out to do a hardware change which seemed to work.

Then another trip out of the office, and no go, so a driver reset, and all seemed well.

Now, i am not able to send anything of size even in the office (often comes up with 4/5 bar reception but 'limited' ). I am far from a computer expert, i just want one that works, and bought dell because of the strong service. They have tried hard but this is just hopeless. i am off overseas on business again in 10 days, and already paranoid over the problems i face with no way of connecting.

The most frustrating, disappointing electronic purchase I have ever made. Is there an easy fix?

If the network connection is limited, then it sounds like it is not your connection to the wireless router that is the problem, it is your network settings. That would also explain not being able to send files of any size.

When you are browsing the internet how does that go?
