Yellow Line

I was trying to make mds for my md player, then all of a sudden my computer froze up and put on an error message telling me to close the program.  Ever since then there has been a very thin yellow line that runs down my screen.  Problem is I have an Inspiron and i'm overseas in Korea right now, which doesn't have Inspirons, so Dell Korea isn't familiar with the laptop.  Was hoping someone here could help!

although you're supposed to call dell korea or whatever country you happen to be in.  If they're unfamiliar, contact dell canada.

They'll help you out, and have ways that they can have products shipped to you.  It probably won't actually come from canada but can be done.
 
 
 
 
That aside.  Does this line appear both in and outside of windows.  For example, does it appear in the BIOS?   If it does appear outside of windows, it is likely hardware.  If it's only an issue within windows, i'd look into deleting and reinstalling your video driver (best to update to latest version from the dell website)
