[Enterprise] Dell Command Update 5.5+ without Dell Core Services

Dear Dell Support!

Is it possible to install current versions auf Dell Command Update without Dell Core Services?

Until version 5.4 DCS was not part of the installer and since 5.5 it automatically comes along.

I extracted the MSI and found a MSI Propterty "INSTALLDCS" which is 0 by default and obviously does not do anything.

In a secure enterprise environment with only a very limited set of sofware on the clients, we have no need for DCS to be installed.

From the Docs:

If any product coexists with Dell Core Services (DCS) and DCS is uninstalled, all associated agents may transition to an Unknown State. DCS is a critical component, and its removal disrupts agent status.

It appears it is now required.
