15 in E152FPb Flat Panel Display Problem
Hi-
I'm having some trouble with my 15 in E152FPb Flat Panel Display monitor. It was purchased with the Dell DImension 4600 (customized) computer with a 128 MB DDR ATI RADEON 9800 PRO graphics card.
I'm a web designer, and to test out webpages I usually need to be in 800x600 display. However when I am in it I get really fuzzy text and images which honestly is bad for my eyes to be looking at. It's pretty horrendous, and I've dealt with many different options.
However, I also have an extra monitor option - the 128 MB DDR ATI RADEON 9800 PRO SEC....I assume I connect the monitor at another place on my computer. However, I was looking in the instructions, and it says if it has a cap on it (it does), don't remove it or it will cause damages to hardware /cause it to malfunciton.
I've also tried hooking up a different monitor I had previously on the computer on the same place where I have my Flat Panel usually hooked up (no cap). This really makes things out of wack as far as display. Of course you can see it but the middle of the screen juts out so it makes it really hard to work with. I assume it has once again something to do with the video card.
Maybe you can help. They said there was a Free Panel Upgrade with my order that I could get. Or maybe I need a different monitor all together? I assume it has something to do with the resolution/refresh rate. The refresh rate is 75 on the Flat Panel Monitor.
I hope you can help..
