19' tft rotate feature

Question

i have a 19' tft and a radeon x300 graphics card i can rotate the monitor but the image does not rotate to portrait how do i go about doing it? thanks

Mithral J,

It's reasonably easy and you can set up shortcut keys to so that you can change it easily and on the run. Best way to get to the option is to minimise everything on screen so that you are just looking at your desktop. Then right click on the background and select properties. A box will disply with about six tabs at the top of which you want to select "Settings". Under the settings tab, you then need to select the "Advanced" button in the bottom right corner. You will no be presented with another box with about 15 tabs of which one will be the "Rotation" option. You will also see here that there is an option to set up fast keys to enable and disable this rotation.

thats all ok but it says my settings are all wrong   colour screen res any idea what these need to be set to thanks in advance
