1900FP

Question

I've got an 1900FP that has been working great. Recently--within the last 72 hours--the OSD keeps popping up on the screen for no apparent reason.  Sometimes the lock icon will appear.  Sometimes the unlock icon will appear.  Sometimes the OSD menu will appear.  It does it frequently, sometimes coming on and off a dozen times in ten seconds.  Other times it will run for six hours without the OSD popup.  The screen and computer are left on 24 hours per day and have been for a year.  The power button on the 1900FP no longer appears to respond. The display works great, but the button control is apparently messed up badly.  Is this a matter of replacing the front bezel and buttons, or is it a matter of the controller inside the back cover?

Lorehammer, Thank you for using the Dell Community Forum. Try going into the osd controls and reset to factory settings on the monitor to see if that will resolve the issue.

Lorehammer, If you cannot get the controls to work and they keep coming up on the screen then, email support@dell.com and have the monitor replaced.
