1905FP controls question
1905FP monitor. Bringing up the monitor's main menu to adjust Brightness/Contrast, the Brightness menu item has the control for Contrast greyed out and inaccessible Seems like this should be adjustable?
Also greyed out on the Main Menu are Positioning and Image Settings. Do I have a problem here?
Thanks.

Hi MikeTu,
1. As per the monitor specifications, 'contrast & brightness' adjustment and 'Positioning' features in Dell 1905FP works with VGA input source.
It looks like you have the monitor plugged in to the computer using a DVI source (Refer to the image below)
(DVI port on the computer, where your monitor cable is plugged in)
2. You may use the VGA port on your computer (if present) to enable 'brightness & contrast' & 'positioning' feature on your monitor. (Refer to the image below)
3. If your computer does not have VGA port, you may try using a DVI to VGA adapter on the computer (Refer to image below)

Hope this helps. Please reply if you have more questions. I would be glad to assist.
