Unfortunately, Dell does not have monitor components like the power button. We simply replace the whole thing while under warranty. Once out of warranty, you will need to take the monitor to a local shop. Have them remove the plastic power button cover so you can access the actual button below it. Or simply tell the operating system to turn the monitor to sleep after 5 minutes.
