19inch LCD Font Question

Hello all, I have a dimension 8400 with xp home and a 19inch LCD monitor that  has some weird flaky fonts, or ones i think don't look right. I have attached a screenshot of my IE fonts that I want to know if they are normal or not. Let me know if what I have circled is normal for a 1280x1024 screen.
