I called 800-624-9896. I choose option 4 for Tech Support and when they ask for customer number or order number. When I finally spoke to a tech it took some time trying to explain the issue. Well I made the mistake of telling him I wasnt at my computer with the monitors but I had done everything. Checked pins, switched between systems, reset and adjusted everything and out of 3 2005's; 2 were bad. Well he cant do anything unless I am in front of the system so leason learned tell them you are in front of the system. So after 2 hours of hold and tech time I have to do the same thing tonight. Thanks a bunch, that number worked, I talked to a representative after waiting on hold for 15-20 mins and he agreed to send me a 2nd replacement. Now I just hope third time's a charm...
