2005FPW Problems

Okay, to start off, I keep AIM and Ventrilo on the upper right hand side. I usually keep it there at all times. I'm guessing I left it there for way to long and I can see it through games or different colors. For instance, when I play Counter-Strike, if I look on the upper right hand side I can see the Ventrilo and AIM window kinda faded. Its like semi transparent. Its doesn't happen only when I play games, when its on different colors it is viewable. If anyone can tell me what is wrong, or help me it would be greatly appreciated.
