2007 FPW replacement arrived - Refurbished and wrong quantity!
It says refurbished on the box (ChrisM said they would be new replacements), and the monitor has marks. Not to mention I should have gotten TWO monitors instead I only got one. Im not sure what to do now.

Call tech support and have your order number or customer number handy
1 800 624-9897 You will have to play the Dell phone game by being transferred more than likely, but have patients and be firm
Moderators post on this very subject " If you purchased a standalone monitor, you only have an Order number. In this case you must call Dell to inititate the Monitor Exchange. Provide the monitor order number, shipping address, and the monitor serial number (it looks like XX-OHF730-46634-652-2N GL) ".

i got my 2nd replacement and its refurbish.
i email them and ask whats wrong ?
