2007WFP fix
Does anyone know how Dell fixes the firmware on these monitors? Seems like it would be better if Dell would put the firmware update(A02) out on the Download site, have user burn to disc, and update their own firmware on monitor instead of Dell having to exchange each one. I have been able to do this on DVD players through other manufactures, so Dell should be able to do this also. Just a thought.

Dell did not put a PC interface like the Samsung or many hi-fi equipment stuff so it can't be done at home.
If they did none of these problems would exist cos they would've been fixed already :smileywink:
