2007WFP in Australia

Can any Austarlians confirm whether they have received their replacement 2007WFP yet?

Chris M, if possible, please update us regarding their expected delivery dates here. It looks like alot of you have taken delivery already.

I have been waiting for 3 weeks since PM ChrisM, sounds like the international dispatcher is stuffing around with Australian customers. I spoke to a technical support staff a few days ago, my replacement order wasn't even on Dell system. Makes me feel like we Australians are living in the arsse end of the world, we are the last to receive everything. Why does Dell bother doing business in Australia?

All at DELL,

does this "i can't contact or find a dispatcher" effect your german customers as well? If so i must say, that the hard earned money from your international customers was and is appreciated and we are no better or worse customers than your US-American clientel. I for myself had to pay almost double the price for my 2007WFP compared to the US pricing and i didn't complain for a "twice as good service" from DELL. Just treat me (and all your other international customers) like you treat your US customers, not more and not less.

Hi all,
 
I'm in New Zealand and are in the same situation. PM'd Chris a few weeks back for a replacement 2407, no contact or replacement so far but Chris seems pretty onto it, so am being patient.
An update would be fantastic as soon as it's available though ;)

I'm in Australia too. Have PMed Chris on 06-04-2006. I understand that it is a quite a challenge to pull off operation like this for one person. Many thanks Chris. So for now I just wait and hope that one day somebody will call me wiht delivery confirmation. On other hand waiting is not this bad as we might get fixed screens. Anyway wait and see.

Well have to wait and see. If I wont get another LCD in 4 weeks time I just contact DELL AU myself.
