2208WFP pixel-to-pixel mode?

Question - is there any way to force the 2208WFP monitor into a pixel-by-pixel mode? I.e., the native resolution of the panel is 1680x1050. If you feed it with any other resolution signal, it stretches the picture to fill the screen. Is there a way to get it to _not_ stretch the image to fill the screen? For example... for one particular application, I'd like to be able to feed it a 1280x1024 input image, and have it display the image centered with black space on the left and right margins. (And a tiny bit of space at the top and bottom.) Is this possible? -Rick

SP2208WFP does 1:1 pixel mapping, don't know about your 2208WFP.

My 1:1 setting in the monitor is found in the Menu at: Menu>Image settings>Scaling ratio>1:1.

Also, some video card properties may be able to set up something similar to 1:1.

Some applications themselves may have a "Native" resolution setting you can use.
