2405fpw fuzzy Text

Question

Hi,   I just got an 2405fpw and my Text looks fuzzy and I can set the sharpness to get rid of the 'soft mode' inside of the OSD. Does anyone know how to enable this really important option in the D-Sub or DVI mode???? I don't understand how such an important function is disabled anyway on these modes when you need a sharp picture to read document on you computer.   Thank you in advance Martin

make sure you have cleartype enabled thru display properties

Is it using DVI connection?  Text can be fuzzy if using a VGA connection, especially if the cable is marginal or long.   What is the video card's resolution set to?  It should be set to the native rez of 1920x1200, any other can be fuzzy.   This monitor, when functioning correctly, has super sharp text and images.
