2405FPW not detecting resolution properly
I have a new 2405FPW and have it setup. I have this connected to 2 different machines via a KVM switch. One is my Win2K laptop running 1600x1200@75Hz (darn Latitude C810 does not do wide-screen) and a Windows XP rnning at 1920x1200@75Hz. I am having two issues:
1) When I hit the monitor menu it shows only 60Hz. Not abig deal but why the difference.
2) I have the windows XP machine set to sleep after awhile. When it wakes up sometimes the monitor does not detect the proper resolution (the menu states 1600x1200) which results in the screen not being completely displayed. I can move my mouse and the screen will shift so I can get to everything, but its rather annopying it doe snot detect the proper resolution. Changing then reseting the resolution fixes it until the next sleep cycle. I figure it has soemthing to do with when it tries to detect, but have not found a way to correct this in the monitor (Auto-Adjust does not fix it).
Any suggestions?
