2407 - Can't raise

Question

I normally have it lowered as much as possible but I want to raise it up but it physically won't move. I know that I have to push in the button to unlock it, but the button is also stuck, it won't push in at all. Anyone know anyway around this? Is it possible to have a new stand sent out?   Thanks

Push the monitor down as you press the button.
