2407FPW Problems....

1-  I just can't get the 1900 x 1200 resolution. I d/l the driver for the 2407 WFP cause I didn't find the one for the 2407 FPW  but still, No 1900 x 1200 in the monitor properties. is it my videocard ? its a S3 Graphics ProSavageDDR.

2- My screen is Skaky at 1600x1200, a fine movement. I've done the possible solutions checks recommended on the site with no sucess... still that movement.

Any suggestions ?
Thanks in advance,

is that video card a built in one on a laptop or something? i have a feeling its the limitations of the graphics card and maybe that it doesn't support that resolution. i tried searching for it but could not find any details specifications on the card.

If you have a look around the Via site you might find whether your chip supports the 1920 x 1600 resolution.

Hey bud,

try and change out the cables going to the screen to the computer.

try and move the screen away from where it currently is. see if things get better.

if could the cable or something around the screen causing some sort of interference.
