YES!!!!  There is really no difference between the 2407FPW and WFP (actually the WFP is correct, but the other is used also, even by Dell).  HOWEVER, the 2407FP is not a widescreen model.  The "W" in the other two acronyms stands for "wide" or "widescreen".  So, if you ordered the 24" widescreen monitor and they are sending you the 2407FP, then you are getting the wrong one.

That is correct.  Only one 2407, and its wide screen...  The 2007 has a wide screen, and a non wide screen, and some are confused with this.  Dell has used both the FPW and WFP in there 2407, not to mention the 2007 model, which are the very same thing.  Just a typo. Some have gotten bent out of shape for this typo, but that's Dell for ya  :smileyvery-happy:

Acutally, in the 2407 product, there is only one model and it is wide screen. So no matter what shows up on your order, 2407FP or 2407FPW, you will get the 2407 with the wide lcd.

On the 2007 model, there is a 2007FP, and 2007FPW. So you could get one or the other on the 2007.

I'm pretty sure it's still the widescreen, I'm just confused why Dell would call the same product 3 different names.

My first order: 24 in Dell 2407FPW Ultrasharp Flat Panel Monitor Wide
