2407WFP, Power button issues
Hello,
I have a Dell 2407WFP, and the power button stopped working correctly. All I have is the PPID - is there anything that can be done to fix my monitor?

It sounds like your button has spun a little. Mine also does this. The button must have the line pointed straight up. Just push and turn it.

Here's the problem though, even when you tilt it correctly upwards, it is still loose. And, every time you use it, it gets progressively more loose.

There is an excellent utube video on repairing the power button. I was able to repair mine by making a small hinge out of gorilla tape.
