2408WFP: No DVI-D 1 cable

It doesn't even go to power save mode (orange light). This message keeps floating. I have unplugged the monitor on and off, still no luck. What gives? :(

What PC model, operating system, and video card? While connected to DVI-1, press the Input Source Select button and choose DVI-D 1. Then test the DVI-D 2 port and press the Input Source Select button and choose DVI-D 2. While testing the DVI-D ports, you should have nothing connected to the monitor VGA, DisplayPort, HDMI, Component, S-Video, or Composite.
