2408WFP Rev. A01 release date?

Hello,

just wondering when the A01 revision of the Dell 2408WFP monitor will be released?

In some older posts I read about mid july, as this is soon, I'm wondering if there's meanwhile a more specific date or at least if mid july is still the latest date or if it will take longer?

I am wondering the same thing. When will the A01 be available, especially in India? My use is primarily games, and now with the release of the new generation of graphics cards that are able to handle 1920 x 1200 resolution with ease, it is time to get a 24".

I am currently using a Dell 228WFP and am really satisfied with it, so I wanted to go Dell again. But the input lag on the A00 is a deal breaker for me, so I must wait for the A01 to be out.

I would ask when is the 'New firmware of 2408' is releasing rather A01 as some people already got A01 which got all the same issues A00 has ..

Also keep in mind Jimmy posted here:

New part number not revision number

that Dell is doing a whole part number update and the new 2408s will still be rev A00. Only one way to check if you get the newer version, brightness increments of 10 not 25.

the correct increment here is the sharpness setting not brightness.
