2720Q, replacement, poor white color issue

Received a replacement 2720Q due to warranty. The white balance is significantly off compared to my other monitor. I have factory reset each monitor, changed cables, switched ports on the video card, updated the monitor firmware, and video card drivers, all without solving the problem. Is there anything I can do to fix this or does the monitor need to be returned?
