AE415 2.1 speaker, information?

Hi all, may I know Dell speaker AE415 is compatible with other brand pc? Do I need to install any software? Thank you.

No extra software is required. They are simple analog 2.1-channels speakers.

The sub-woofer channel is extracted/mixed from basic stereo input. The extra Aux-In port is nice (we use that for near-by Alexa-Echo sometimes).

I think stylish, heavy (well made)... and sound good for cheap.
