AUTOMATIC NAME/ADDRESS POP UP

What setting/tool do I use to get my name/ address etc.  to automtically show up as I start to type it in my to different forms. This should be soooooooo easy but I have spent 2 hours trying to find how to "click" on this

http://toolbar.google.com/?promo=mor-tb-en  Install this Google tool bar, and it will have an area that you can add all the information that will automatically fill in, and many other adjustments as well. 
 
You also have a autoComplete in Internet Explorer near the top.  Click on Tools /   Internet Options / Content / than you will see AutoComplete and My Profile  I have only used Google Tool Bar.  Not too familiar with IE
