The AW2518HF is not compatible with Nvidia video cards * The AW2518HF was only designed to function correctly with AMD video cards and AMD FreeSync to attain 240Hz. This is prominently stated on the Dell AW2518HF sales page and in the User's Guide * If you currently have a Nvidia video card, your options are to remove the Nvidia video card and install an AMD video card. Or, return the AW2518HF AMD FreeSync model and purchase the AW2518H Nvidia G-Sync model

First, to what video card is the AW2518HF connected? If the video card is NOT the validated AMD, then you should back down to 60Hz and retest.
Second, based on your data, something electrical could be causing interference. Are you in a home, office, school dorm?

I contacted with the Dell Customer Service, today they offer me to change it than I accepted.
My video card is Palit Gtx 1060 3GB. Nvidia , I tested it on 60hz and problem still exists.
I dont know exactly what the problem is , I'm in home.
If on the new monitor the same problem happens Im gonna contact with an electrician. Next time,
Thanks.
