AW2518HF, problem with pixel inversion artifacts

I just got this AW2518HF on Friday. While playing games (mainly Counter-Strike: Global Offensive) I have noticed severe pixel inversion artifacts while moving around. And they get even worse while moving around and turning the camera in the opposite direction. The artifacts are this checker boarded pattern that appears on walls and other objects in motion that is driving me mad. But I might just be sensitive to it since when I asked my brother to check he said that he can hardly see it. I was wandering if there is any way to fix this? Or is my best option to just return it to Amazon within the 30 day return period. My monitor is REV A05 manufactured Jan 2019 and I am running it on a Nvidia GeForce GTX 1080. I am not certain if the GPU can affect this.

* Click my DELL-name and private message me the AW2518HF service tag number

* Unfortunately, you are mixing technologies. The AMD FreeSync AW2518HF was never tested/validated by Dell with Nvidia video cards. To match that video card, you should have purchased the Nvidia G-Sync AW2518H
* Go to the top of the Monitors Forum
* Open "Policy: Dell AMD FreeSync monitors and Nvidia"
* After reading, go to the bottom and open, "Policy: AW2518H and AW2518HF"
* Back the AW2518HF down to 60Hz and retest
