Boot up menu not visible

Question

I am currently trying to format my hard drive and have changed the settings so that my computer does not boot from a disk. I somehow made the boot up screen (and therefore BIOS menu) not visible which is keeping me from being able to change the settings so that I can boot from a disk and then format the computer. If anyone has a solution to this problem I would greatly appreciate it.

No, I have changed that in the bios but I believe that is all (to keep it from booting from the disk).

10shot, Connect the monitor to the blue VGA port and reboot to see if you can enter the bios. If yes, reset it to defaults. What specific model PC are we troubleshooting?
