burnt PCB (model: p2210f)

The circuit board is burnt.I opened the screen so I can see some of the screen on the side and can see 2 different cable color that is diverted onto the PCB.One cable has red and white color while the other cable has blue and black.When setting the current in the screen so you can see that the plug that cable-red-white is plugged into the circuit board begins to scorch them.
