Does it need to run on a Dell notebook? Does it work on a desktop device? * Any Windows operating system PC (Laptop or Desktop) that has USB-C ports that supports Alt Mode DP1.2 and HBR could work.
Does it need some drivers to run? I found some drivers of this monitor but I couldn't find any Linux drivers. * From the drivers page, "This package contains the Dell 14 Portable Monitor C1422H driver. The monitor driver enables the monitor to communicate with the operating system by supplying configuration information in the form of an INF file. The operating system uses this file to apply features and settings."
