C3422WE, USB-C upstream not connecting
I have tried this on two different computers, but USB C is not able to upstream data. USB B upstream works fine, but USB C is not detected.

To receive assistance from Dell chat Technical support, they need to first verify the warranty status. Click the "Get Help Now" icon on the right to start a live chat session. Provide to them the private C3422WE Service Tag.
Our users need more data to properly assist in troubleshooting.

What specific computer models, video out ports, and operating system?
Explain in detail how the computer is connecting to the C3422WE using all cables and ports.

Do you mean no video to the C3422WE?

No video (camera) or audio from monitor to PC over USB C cable. Only USB C out port in back of monitor.
The computers were a Dell desktop and a Dell laptop, both brand new, running Windows 10.
"USB C not detected". Thank you.

Just to clarify, the C3422WE actually has two USB-C ports. The PC has to connect using the provided 1m/3.2ft USB-C to USB-C cable to the C3422WE #5, not #13.

Thank you. I was connecting using the #5 port, but not with the provided cable. Can I use any USB C cable or only the one provided?

Dell only validates the 1m/3.2ft USB-C cable shipped from the manufacturer.
