Thanks for responding. According to the Dell reps I spoke with on the phone, you don't get the USB cable.
Doesn't matter, I've given up on Dell, I'm going elsewhere for our monitors.

Some tech support people don't know everything to satisfy the customer, and give out false information, which hurts sales, as in this case. My LCD did come with the upstream USB cable, and I bet the one you are looking at does as well. We have been trying to tell Mr Dell of the lack of good information from their tech support personnel for sometime, but we are hitting a brick wall. Good luck with another purchase
