Sorry to hear that, on these monitors when you're having trouble getting to the OSD are they hooked up to a computer/device that is displaying an image and what input are you using on them (the input type shouldn't matter but was just curious)? I believe on these monitors you will not see an OSD unless it is hooked up to an input so I thought I would verify this with you just in case.
Let me know on this when you get a chance, and I will also see if there is anything else to try.
Thanks for the update, other than the OSD not working on the monitors do they display the correct resolution from the Compute Sticks with the DisplayPort input selected?
So right now the using the hdmi to displayport adapter from the sticks it is not producing anything from the stick? If so, this is kind of what I was getting at that there will not be an OSD to adjust anything until the monitor is displaying an image from an active source that is receiving.
I know sometimes on this type of adapter it can be a bit tricky and even require an active adapter for HDMI to DP to work correctly. Do you have a link/model number of the adapters in use, and I know you mention 3 monitors but were there more on your order that are already working with these sticks and adapters connected?
And lastly do you have any HDMI to DVI adapters for the sticks (I have personally had a lot better success with HDMI to DVI vs using DP), or maybe even another source like a computer to test the monitors using a DVI, VGA, or DP cable with no conversion? Once the image is displayed from the computer it should allow you to access the full OSD.
Unfortunately from my personal experience (not just with Dell monitors) is that going from HDMI to DP is not always ideal and can be a bit finicky sometimes to get it to work correctly regardless of the display/device in use.

I would try the steps listed in this thread from Chris at this link. If these steps do not help and the OSD is still not working it might be faulty.
Best regards,
Brad

Hi Brad, i have tried on these steps and there is no response. We can only access the input source menu.
We have bought 3 of these and all are the same.. No good quality if all 3 are faulty!
