Cannot contact customer support for warranty

Last week my U3014 died. I have unsuccessfully been attempting to contact Dell customer support for almost 7 days at the 1-800-822-8965 number. When I ask for technical support and am redirected to monitor support, I get a "our office is closed, please call back on the next business day.". I have tried called every day at various times throughout the day since last Wednesday with no luck. How do I get in touch with customer support? This is ridiculous.

I have been having incredible difficulty contacting Dell customer support. The previous answer given on these forums to contact customer support via email and chat both informed me that chat and/or email support is not available for my Dell U3014 monitor.  

Every time I call, I give my express service code and I am transferred somewhere that immediately responds that their offices are closed and to call the next business day.  I had tried every day for over a week with no success calling at various "standard business hours" times.

Finally 2 days ago on 5/26 I was forced to take a day off work to deal with this and called at 12:00 CST.  I was finally able to reach someone who determined my monitor was faulty.  I have over a year left on my warrant and next day business replacement, so the representative gave me a case and dispatch numbers and said a replacement monitor would be delivered the next business day.  I was also told I would receive an email with tracking information, etc.

I never received the email and here we are a full 2 business days later and no monitor has been delivered.  I have no way to track the shipment and once again I am completely unable to contact anyone at Dell customer support as every department or number I try reports the office is closed... this despite trying to call at times like 9:30 am CST or 4:30 pm CST, etc.

This is getting absolutely ridiculous and I will seriously reconsider purchasing a Dell product again.  Do I have to take another day off work to deal with terrible customer service?
