Checking Monitor's Warranty
Hey guys, I've lost the paperworks for both of my dell 2407WFP-HC monitors.
They were bought separately, and i would like to find out whats the warranty left in them.
Is there any email that I could contact to provide the serial No. of the monitors to check for the warranty status? as it seems all the contact info on the website needs a service tag which is not available on this monitor model.

The monitor PPID serial number is not attached to any warranty, Order or Customer numbers. All the PPID serial number shows us is the manufacturer build date. You could call into Order Support and give them some information (name, shipping address, phone, etc) to look up in our system so they can search. They have to be able to find some documentation that shows you purchased the monitors.
