contrast menu keeps popping up

Question

I have an old CRT monitor (E773c).  The contrast menu now keeps popping up.  Sometimes it just goes away after a few seconds.  Most of the time, I need to press the 'Exit' button.  Is there anything I can do, or do I need a new monitor?   Thanks.

hi,   did you ever come up with a solution.   We are having this same problem with one of our monitors.   The contrast menu keeps popping up.   any help would be appreciated.

Hi,    Im hoping your still around, did you ever get a solution to the contrast popping up? I am having the same problem five yrs later than your problem.
