D2719HGF, white screen

Hi all, 

My D2719HGF monitor (purchased warranty expired on February 6, 2020) just went white screen while I was watching a video. The video was still on after the monitor turned white. I'm pretty sure it's not my video card's problem because I have another monitor and it worked fine.

I unplugged all the cables except the power cable and the monitor showed nothing but a white screen thus I can't do the built-in diagnostic neither. There is no flicker, no horizontal or vertical lines but pure white.

So I'm wondering what may caused the problem and Is there a way to fix it?
