DDM, not macOS compatible, disappointment

I recently bought a Dell monitor which is Ultrasharp series that I trust in product quality. But as far as I can see here, the lack of DDM support for macOS systems is a complete disappointment. In my opinion, it is unreasonable for systems who use imaging technologies to distinguish between operating systems. I do not think I will choose again this kind of products.
